Secure your share of our, slow-grown Kune-kune pork. At Milburn Farmstead, we believe exceptional flavor takes time. Our hogs are raised for a full 12–18 months, allowing them to develop the superior marbling and deep, traditional flavor that only a regenerative, long-term growing cycle can provide.
How it Works:
- Deposit: This $225 purchase acts as a non-refundable deposit to reserve your half-hog.
- Pricing: The final cost is $6.99 per lb (hanging weight), plus butcher fees paid at pickup.
- Customization: Closer to the butcher date, we will provide you with a custom cut sheet so you can choose exactly how you want your pork packaged (chops, roasts, bacon, etc.).
- Timeline: These hogs are currently finishing and will be ready for harvest around August 2026.
These Kune Kune pigs have been raised exclusively on pasture with organic grain supplement. They are a slow growing breed renowned for their grazing and their meat quality.
